You have 12 months from date of purchase to begin the course. The course expires 60 days after you begin. The course and assessment will both close once you pass.
Passing the Assesment
Learners require a score of 70% to pass the assessment and receive a Food Handler Certificate. This assessment allows two attempts. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet.
Certification Expiration
Trust20's online Food Handler Certificate is valid for three years unless superseded by local, regional, or state guidelines. You will receive a reminder 30 days before your food handler certificate expires.

Course Outline
This course is divided into eight modules and a final assessment. You have two attempts to pass your assessment. The assessment consists of 35 questions, divided equally among the learning objectives. Once you begin your assessment, you have 60 minutes to complete it.

Explains how the major allergens should appear on food labels, why they should be included, and unexpected places where allergens appear.
Food Delivery & Storage
Provides an overview of how to prevent cross-contact in the delivery and storage of foods.
Communication
Explains the best practices for communicating with customers and the kitchen when serving a customer with a known food allergy or intolerance.
Preparation to Service
Discusses the responsibilities that each part of a foodservice establishment carries when it comes to protecting customers with food allergies and intolerances.
Proper Cleaning
Provides an overview of the best practices for cleaning food-contact surfaces to prevent cross-contact.
ANAB-accredited
Trust20's online, mobile-friendly Food Handler Certificate Training is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). This training meets the requirements for food handler cards or certificates in most states, but please confirm your local requirements with the health department.
