  • How much does a team purchase cost?

    Food Handler Certificates are discounted to $12 and Food Allergy Certificates are discounted to $20 when you purchase two or more of the same certificate.

Our group purchasing process makes it easy for you to provide training to your whole team, as well as document and track when they complete their courses.

  • Can I get a copy of my team's certificates?

    Once a member of your team has completed their training, the certificate is emailed to them, and a copy is located on their account. You may either email us at info@trust20.co and our team can provide you with their certificates, or you can ask your team member to forward the email they receive containing their certificate.

  • Will any unused trainings expire?

    Yes. Courses are available for one year from the date of purchase. Once a learner has begun the course, it must be completed within 60 days. There are no extensions. A course cannot be accessed once it expires, and online courses are not refundable.

  • How will I know when a member of my team registers for or completes their training?

    You will receive an email when a team member signs up for their training with your link. This email will also tell you how many remaining spots you have on your account. When someone on your team completes the training you will then receive another email.
