Distribute access
Once you’ve started your Trust20 for Teams account, you will receive an email that contains links to each product that you can easily distribute to your team members.
Access your dashboard
You can review your team's progress by logging into your dashboard with the same email address and password you created during the checkout process.

How will I know when a member of my team registers for or completes their training?
You can track your team’s progress on Trust20’s Manager Dashboard. The reports will allow you to see who has registered for their training, who has completed a course, as well as their certificates.

Can I get a copy of my team’s certificates?
Once a member of your team has completed their training a copy of their certificate can always be found on their account. You may either login to Trust20’s Manager Dashboard and view your team’s certificates, or you can ask your team members to forward their certificates to you.

How much of a discount applies to group purchases?
A 20% discount is applied to your order when you sign up for monthly invoicing. Customers who select the "Pay Now" option will receive 10% off their order of five or more products.

Will unused trainings expire?
Yes. Courses are available for one year from the date of purchase. Once a learner has begun the course, it must be completed within 60 days. There are no extensions. A course cannot be accessed once it expires, and online courses are not refundable.

How can I verify someone's certificate status with Trust20?
Employers should submit a support ticket through Trust20's Help Center specifically requesting person verification. This ticket should include your full name and Unique ID (listed on the certificate you received upon passing your assessment.) Verification requests will be processed within 48 hours during our support team’s business hours (9am-7pm EST Monday-Friday).

What is Trust20’s cancellation and refund policy?
All sales on Trust20’s products are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Courses are available for a year once purchased and 60 days once you begin the training. There are no extensions to these terms.

How do you take the course on a mobile device?
If you attempt to log in to your training from a mobile device, you will receive a popup from our partner app, Go.Learn, prompting you to download the app. That means you’re in the right place!
After you download the app, you will be taken to a simple welcome page that asks for your platform address. You will only need to enter this URL the first time you access the app.
The platform address is: learn.trust20.co
After you input the platform address, you will be taken to Trust20’s sign-in page where you can use your email address and the password you created during checkout to access your course.

What information do you collect and how do you use it?
We collect your name, the name of your restaurant/company, email address, phone number, address, and payment information. That information is treated as confidential and not disclosed to parties other than the individuals providing it (you) or the certificate issuer (Trust20).

Our team will respond to your concern within seven business days. We will work promptly (within up to 45 calendar days) to resolve any issues.
