Food Protection Manager Certification

Trust20's ANAB-CFP accredited Food Protection Manager Certification is an online, remote-proctored Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam. This program is approved by most states where operators and managers are required to have a food manager certification.

With Trust20, you can easily book a remote-proctored exam session that fits your schedule, and you’ll find out your results immediately after submitting your CFPM exam. You have one attempt to earn your food protection manager certification.

Certification Details

Trust20's Food Protection Manager Certification is an online, remote-proctored Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) exam that consists of 80 questions. You have one, two-hour attempt to pass your CFPM exam.

Step 1

Create an Account

Once you purchase a CFPM exam, you can log into your account with our testing platform partner, Meazure Learning, with the same email and password you created during checkout.

You will also receive a confirmation email from Trust20 that contains your receipt.

Your CFPM exam must be monitored by a proctor on Meazure Learning to be considered valid.

Step 2

Schedule CFPM Exam + Test Equipment

Once logged in, you can schedule your remotely proctored CFPM exam and test your equipment to ensure it is compatible with the proctoring system requirements.

You should log in to the testing platform prior to the day of your CFPM exam to test that your webcam, microphone, and operating system are compatible with the online proctoring system.

Step 3

Launch CFPM Exam

After scheduling your CFPM exam, you will see a countdown next to the exam title that will let you know when you are able to begin your testing session.

Once the countdown timer reaches “0,” you will see a “Launch Exam” button and must click on it to begin connecting to your remote proctor. You will not be able to access your CFPM exam without first connecting to a proctor who will secure your physical and virtual environments.

Step 4

Take CFPM Exam

There is a two hour time limit on the CFPM exam once you begin. If you do not pass your CFPM exam on the first attempt, you will need to purchase access to a new CFPM exam.

It is a closed-book testing session, and you must show a photo ID to the proctor prior to beginning the CFPM exam.
