Alabama Food Protection Manager Certification
The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) requires most food establishments to have a certified food protection manager (CFPM) on-site during all hours of operation to ensure proper food safety practices are followed. Certification must be renewed every five years through an approved program.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the ADPH.
