Alaska Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Food Safety and Sanitation Program within the Alaska Division of Environmental Health does not require managers or staff to complete formal training on allergen awareness. However, food allergies are on the rise, and every responsible foodservice establishment considers allergen awareness in its food safety best practices.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
