Arizona Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Food Safety and Environmental Services Program within the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) does not require managers or staff to complete allergen awareness training. However, the on-site certified food protection manager (CFPM) is responsible for demonstrating knowledge of allergens to the health inspector and ensuring their staff has been properly trained in food allergy awareness.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
