Arizona Food Protection Manager Certification
The Food Safety and Environmental Services Program within the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) requires every foodservice establishment to have at least one certified food protection manager (CFPM) on-site during all hours of operation. The CFPM is responsible for overseeing food safety protocols throughout the storage, preparation, and service processes. Every five years, CFPMs must renew their credentials through an approved certification provider.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the ADHS.
