Colorado Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) does not require managers or staff to complete formal training on allergen awareness. However, the CDPHE models the state’s regulatory requirements on the 2022 FDA Food Code, which requires persons in charge to demonstrate allergen awareness to the health inspector and provide their staff with an understanding of food allergy-related best practices.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
