Colorado Food Protection Manager Certification
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) states that all retail food establishments must employ at least one certified food protection manager (CFPM). Managers and persons in charge must earn or renew their credentials through a certification program that has been accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and approved by the CDPHE Division of Environmental Health and Sustainability.
