Georgia Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) does not currently require foodservice managers or staff to complete a formal allergen awareness training. However, the person in charge (PIC) is responsible for demonstrating knowledge of allergens to the health inspector and ensuring their staff has been properly trained in food allergy awareness.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
