Georgia Food Protection Manager Certification
The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) requires food establishments to employ at least one certified food protection manager (CFPM). A certified food protection manager may only be the designated CFPM for one establishment at a time. Whenever a CFPM will not be on-site, they must designate a person in charge to oversee food safety in their absence. CFPMs must earn their certification through an approved accredited provider and renew their credentials every five years.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the Georgia DPH.
