Hawaii Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Food Safety Branch within the Hawaii Department of Health does not require managers, persons in charge, or staff to complete an allergen awareness training program. However, a person in charge is responsible for ensuring their staff are properly trained in food safety, which includes allergen awareness.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
