Hawaii Food Handler Certificate Training
The Food Safety Branch within the Hawaii Department of Health requires every establishment to have at least one person in charge (PIC) present during all hours of operation. Any individual serving as an establishment’s PIC must complete a formal food safety training course.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
