Kentucky Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Food Safety Branch within the Kentucky Department for Public Health (DPH) does not require formal training in allergen awareness. However, certified food protection managers must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the major food allergens to the health inspector and show that staff have been trained on food allergy best practices. A food allergy training course may not be required, but it can help you protect your customers and stay in compliance with state recommendations.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.

Learn all about how Trust20's accredited training teaches the essential knowledge surrounding food allergies, how the course is organized, and more.
