Louisiana Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Bureau of Sanitation Services’ Retail Food Program within the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) Office of Public Health does not currently require anyone in the food industry to complete formal allergen awareness training. However, there is a bill in committee that, if passed, would make food allergy training mandatory for food safety managers.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.

Learn all about how Trust20's accredited training teaches the essential knowledge surrounding food allergies, how the course is organized, and more.
