Louisiana Food Protection Manager Certification
The Bureau of Sanitation Services’ Retail Food Program within the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) Office of Public Health requires all retail food establishments to have at least one State Food Safety Certificate holder present on-site during all hours of operation. Foodservice managers in Louisiana are required to complete a certified food safety course and pass an exam to qualify for the Louisiana Food Safety Manager Certificate. Recertification is required every five years to maintain compliance with state regulations.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the LDH Office of Public Health.
