Minnesota Food Protection Manager Certification
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) requires that food establishments handling Time and Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods employ a certified food protection manager (CFPM). All managers applying for their credentials for the first time must complete an approved training and pass an approved, accredited certification exam. Managers must renew their credentials every three years by passing another certification exam.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the MDH.

Add Trust20's Food Protection Manager Training to your order to help you meet the MDH requirements for first-time certification.
This training was developed independently the certification exam. Taking Trust20's training does not guarantee you will pass a certification exam.
