Minnesota Food Protection Manager Training
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) requires food establishments to have at least one full-time staff member who has earned their certified food protection manager (CFPM) credentials. Completing a food manager training is a part of the MDH requirements for initial certification, and the health department often recommends these courses as a way for long-time managers to keep their knowledge and skills up to date. Managers are required to renew their certification every three years.
Trust20’s online food manager training is approved by the MDH.
