Mississippi Food Protection Manager Certification
The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) requires every food establishment to have at least one certified food protection manager (CFPM) on-site. To earn and maintain their credentials, managers must successfully complete a food manager training program and pass an exam accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and Conference for Food Protection (CFP) every five years. Certification providers must also be approved by the MSDH.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the MSDH.

Our certification exam was developed independently of the certification exam. Taking Trust20's training does not guarantee you will pass any certification exam.
