New Jersey Food Protection Manager Certification

The New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) mandates that every Risk Type Three Food Establishment must have a certified food protection manager (CFPM) on-site to ensure proper oversight of food safety practices during food preparation, service, and storage. A CFPM must renew their credentials every five years through an approved certification program.
