Oregon Food Allergy Certificate Training
Ready to build more customer trust and grow in your career? While the Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) Foodborne Illness Prevention Program does not require allergen awareness training, the department does strongly recommend it. As more people are diagnosed with food allergies every year, allergen awareness is rapidly becoming a more critical issue when it comes to food safety.
This course can help meet local health department and employer food safety requirements and recommendations.
