South Carolina Food Protection Manager Certification
The Retail Food Safety and Compliance Department within the South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) requires every establishment to have at least one person on staff who is a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). Additionally, there must be a person in charge (PIC) that is responsible for food safety onsite during all hours of operation. The PIC must either have a Food Handler Certificate or be a CFPM.
Trust20’s certification program is approved by the SCDA.
