Tennessee Food Allergy Certificate Training
The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) requires a person in charge (PIC) to be present during all hours of operation and this individual must be able to demonstrate their knowledge of food safety regulations, including allergen awareness best practices. While the TDH does not require PICs to complete a formal course or earn a dedicated certificate, allergen awareness is critical to protecting your customers with food allergies.
This course can help you meet food safety requirements and recommendations.

Learn all about how Trust20's accredited training teaches the essential knowledge surrounding food allergies, how the course is organized, and more.
