Washington, D.C. Food Protection Manager Certification
The Food Division of DC Health requires every food establishment to have a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) present during all hours of operation to ensure the establishment and its staff remain in compliance with health department standards. The CFPM must oversee food preparation, service, and storage, address food safety risks, and correct any unsafe practices.
Trust20’s certification program is under review by DC Health.
