Does Massachusetts require a certificate of completion for allergen training?
Yes, CFPMs must complete a formal allergen awareness training and earn a certificate of completion. While staff are not required to earn a certificate of completion, CFPMs must provide their teams with allergen awareness training as it applies to their responsibilities. A formal training course can ensure everyone is on the same page.
