Our Products
The Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) Foodborne Illness Prevention Program operates in partnership with the foodservice industry and local health departments to reduce and prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses. The program as a whole provides training, education, and technical assistance while supporting Oregon’s Food Handler Card program.
Trust20 has communicated with the OHA to understand the state’s requirements regarding food safety training and certification.
Oregon Food Protection Manager Certification Exam
This ANAB-CFP accredited program can help managers earn certified food protection manager (CFPM) credentials. The OHA does not require manager certification, but some employers might.
Oregon Food Allergy Certificate Training
This ANAB-accredited course equips food workers with essential allergen awareness best practices and information. The OHA does not require allergen awareness training, but some employers might.
Oregon Food Protection Manager Certification Bundle
This bundle includes access to Trust20’s ANAB-CFP accredited manager certification exam and ANAB-accredited food manager training.*
