The Food Safety Branch within the Kentucky Department for Public Health (DPH) works to ensure the food and food products available in Kentucky are safe for public consumption by providing guidance to the health departments that carry out state laws and regulations at the local level.
Trust20 has contacted the DPH to confirm the state’s requirements and that we are approved as a food manager certification provider.
Kentucky Food Protection Manager Certification Exam
This ANAB-CFP accredited certification exam can help managers earn their Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) credentials. It has been approved by the Kentucky DPH.
Kentucky Food Handler Certificate Training
This ANAB-accredited course teaches the basics of food safety. The DPH does not require formal food handler training; however, some employers might.
Kentucky Food Allergy Certificate Training
This ANAB-accredited course teaches skills that reduce food allergen related risks. The DPH does not require formal allergen training; however, some employers might.
Kentucky Food Protection Manager Certification Bundle
