New Mexico Training and Certification
Trust20 offers online accredited food safety training and certification programs approved to help New Mexico foodservice professionals meet state requirements.
Our Products
The Food Safety Bureau within the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) works to prevent foodborne illness outbreaks by permitting, inspecting and providing technical assistance to foodservice establishments in the state.
Bernalillo County and Albuquerque are not under the Food Safety Bureau’s jurisdiction as they have their own food safety programs.
Trust20 has contacted state bureau representatives to verify New Mexico’s food safety training and certification requirements and confirmed we are an approved food manager certification and food handler training provider for the state.
